Hello Vendors! Our 11th annual UFO CON is coming soon. We have gathered yet another exciting line-up in the field of UFOology.
The conference is being held in the newly refurbished Doubletree Hotel by Hilton (formerly the Holiday Inn) So. San Francsico, California. The hotel’s address is 2700 Mission College Boulevard, which is directoy off the South Airport Blvd. exit from Highway 101 and just 5 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.
The conference will begin at 5:00PM on Friday and end at 8:00PM on Sunday in the Penninsula Ballroom. The adjacent Vendor Room will be open to the public from 6:00PM – 9:00PM Friday, 8:00AM – 8:00PM on both Saturday and Sunday.
Set-up from 12:00PM to 5:00PM Friday afternoon. The entire ballroom will be locked and secured Friday and Saturday night after 8:00PM, and breakdown must be complete by midnight on Sunday.
There a limited number of tables available on a first-come/first-serve basis (see diagram below). The tables will be a 6 ft x 30 inch table OR two 6 ft “conference classroom” tables together. You will have two chairs per table
